Zurrieq South District Parade
The South District has organised a District Parade in the locality of Zurrieq. Xgħajra Scout Group together with other Scout Groups that forms part of the South District together with their Scout Bands performed around the Streets of Zurrieq. |

Sunday 29th January 2012 ~ New Years Parade The first parade, in the new year was organised on the 29th January. Xgħajra Scouts Pipes & Drums made its first performance in the streets, were it turned into a good turnout. A thanksgiving masss for the following year was organised to finish off the parade. |

Parade
The South District has organised a District Parade in the locality of Zabbar. Xgħajra Scout Group together with other Scout Groups that forms part of the South District together with their Scout Bands performed from Our Lady of Grace Santuary to Zabbar Scout Group H.Q. |

29th May 2011 ~ St. Augustine's Feast - Valletta Xgħajra Scout Pipe Band was invited to perform and play across the streets of Valletta, for this occasion. |

14th May 2011 ~ Sant Anton Spring Fair For the sixth consecutive year, Xgħajra Scout Pipe Band was invited to perform a display through Sant Anton Gardens for the opening of the Spring Fair. |

10th April 2011 ~ Annual Parade For another year the Annual Parade was held at Valletta. On this day, t the streets of Valletta were alive to the sounds of pipes and drums. Groups started marching from different parts of Republic Street, with each taking its turn to parade down in formation and salute President George Abela in St George's Square. |

9th April 2011 ~ Good Friday Pageant organised by St. Michael's Band Club For the fifth consecutive year, Xgħajra Scout Band performed in the streets of Zabbar for the opening of the Good Friday pageant which was organised by the St Michael's Band Zabbar. The Group would like to thank the Club's committee for this opportunity. |

21st November 2009 ~ Fgura Talent Night Xgħajra Scout Band performed together with Fgura Scout Band as mass band . This activity was hosted by Fgura Scout Group and Xgħajra Scout Band was invited to take part in this show as a guest band. This was an amazing show. Highland Cathedral, Carnival de Paris and a scout sequence were directed under his talent, Maestro Duncan Ellul. We would like to take another opportunity to thank Fgura Scout Group, Fgura GSL Joseph Zerafa, Fgura A/GSL - Band Leader Duncan Ellul, Xgħajra GSL Saviour Borg, Xgħajra Band Leader Marcel Borg and all the band players for their sacrifice. |

25th October 2009 ~ Birzebbugia South District Parade The South District has organised a District Parade in the locality of Birzebbugia. Xgħajra Scout Group together with other Scout Groups that forms part of the South District together with their Scout Bands performed from St. Peter Parish Church to the Freeport. |

7th May 2009 ~ Senglea Maritime Festival
The
Senglea Maritime Festival was organised by the Senglea Local
Council and was held on Sunday 17th May. Activities were
held at Senglea Promenade, Xatt Juan B Azopardo.
Among the attractions at the festival were the naval base,
lifting ship’s mast, re-enactments, maritime exhibitions, band
marches, traditional folk singing and music. Xgħajra Scout
Band was one of the bands which performed through the
streets of Senglea. |

31st March 2009 ~ Birzebbugia Xgħajra Scout Band performed in the streets of Birzebbugia, to commemorate Freedom Day. The Group would like to thank the Birzebbugia Local Council for this opportunity. |

15th March 2009 ~ St Margarita College Open Day Xgħajra Scout Group performed in the opening of St Margarita College Open Day. The band followed by the group opened the ceremony by marching around the college and forming a display to welcome the Prime Minister Dr. Lawrence Gonzi. |

October 2008 ~ South District Church Parade
In commemoration of 100 years of Scouting in Malta, Marsa Scout Group organised a District Parade. The event started by an opening mass at Marsa Parish Church. After mass, the Xgħajra Scout Group together with the other Scout Groups of the South District together with their Scout Bands performed around the village of Marsa celebrate this event. |
