January 2009 ~ Hike
During the
first week of January, we explained how the transport system works,
for we prefer to use the local transport. The Cub scouts
started to pay for their own fare. This helped them to
organize their own budget for the hike. They can get a look at
different town and villages from where the public bus passes.
The first hike in the first week of January took us to Mdina where
we have talked about Architecture, folklore and our local history.
After the hike, two exhibitions were organized at the Xgħajra
primary school entitled Public Transport in Malta and another with
the title ‘Mdina’.
